Delivery is charged as a fixed fee based on your total order value, giving you a simple, predictable cost – especially on trade and bulk orders.

Standard Delivery

Our fixed-fee delivery table below applies to mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scottish Lowlands).

• Lead time: Typically 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
• Service: All-day delivery. Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the shipment between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Premium Delivery

If you need your shipment at a specific time or date or on an accelerated service, we can arrange a premium option such as:

• Next-day delivery (subject to stock and a 12:00 PM cut-off time)
• Timed delivery
• Saturday delivery
• Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, non-mainland locations, islands and remote areas

Collection from Our Warehouse

If you prefer to arrange your own transport, you are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse.

• Location: Lincolnshire, DN21 5TJ (Full address and directions will be provided with your order confirmation.)
• Collection times: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (by prior arrangement)

At checkout, click ‘Collect from warehouse’ so you won’t be charged a fee.
