REFUND POLICY

Items available from stock may be cancelled, provided the goods have not been dispatched or prepared for despatch.

For sales made to consumers, under the Consumer Rights Directive ('CRD'), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Thursday, you have 14 days from Friday to return your order to us. To do this you must let us know in writing by emailing us on sales@frontrowfurniture.co.uk, when you return your order. Refunds for orders cancelled under the CRD will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.

You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made once the goods have been inspected at our nominated warehouse. No refund will be made for the original delivery cost. The buyer is also responsible for the return cost. We may agree to collect your items for you and if we do so, you will be charged the cost of collection which is a minimum of £50+VAT.

We do not offer refunds for items manufactured to customer's order. 

This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the CRD. Full details of your rights are available from a Citizen’s Advice Bureau or a Local Authority Trading Standards Office. These Regulations do not apply to made to order and made to measure items and bespoke furniture.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the CRD or other legislation. Full details of how to exercise your rights are set out in the order confirmation email. 

For sales made for business and/or business purposes, we require notice of intention to return within 3 working days of receiving delivery. The goods must be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return the items. If we offer to collect, the return cost may not be the same as the original delivery cost. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging which will be inspected within 2 working days of arrival at our nominated warehouse. No refund will be provided for the original delivery cost. No refund will be provided for the goods if the goods show signs of use. All items will be subject to a minimum of 20% restocking fee, with a minimum value of £25+VAT. Any items removed from their packaging will be charged a minimum of 40% restocking fee, with a minimum value of £100+VAT. Any items showing signs of use or damage, will not be eligible for a refund. 

We do not offer refunds for any non-stock items or items manufactured to customer's order.
