Items available from stock may be cancelled, provided the goods have not been dispatched. For sales made to consumers, under the Consumer Rights Directive ('CRD'), if you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. For example, if you receive your order on a Thursday, you have 14 days from Friday to return your order to us. To do this you must let us know in writing by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org, when you return your order. Refunds for orders cancelled under the CRD will be processed in accordance with your statutory rights.
You must take good care of the items while they are in your possession and they must be returned to us in their original condition. We may agree to collect your items for you and if we do so, you will be charged the cost of collection which is a minimum of £50+VAT.
All items will be subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee, but this may be as high as 50% of the value. Any items removed from their packaging will be charged a minimum of 40% restocking fee. Any items showing signs of use or damage, will not be eligible for a refund
We do not offer refunds for items manufactured to customer's order.
